1)That is a method of zig zag sewing for home use.
Make edge of cloth comes to center of metal holder.
When needle goes down on right side, As to be forced out
and sew zig zag.
This way a part that being forced out covering edge of
cloth and not to get frayed.

2) First do stitch

Apply interfacing where they say apply.
Layer 2 sheets of front plate as inside out and sew red
part and inside out again.

Shoulder string, Waist belt A.B iron and make fold mark.
4) Fold margin to sew up
with iron.
5) Fold half and iron it,
make fold mark on the finishing width.
6) Outside of shoulder
frill part and part which will be under frill fold 3
divide.
That frill's both sides need to fold 3 divide also.
7) Squeeze gather on hem
frill and shoulder frill and apron part.

edge of apron.
Raise up the frill and stitch for placing.

14) Line up chest plate

15) Apply snap button on
how you like edge of shoulder string and waist belt. (for
crossing, make sure you measure)
